Licensing Agreement

This Licensing Agreement governs the use of all digital products purchased, downloaded, or accessed through Easy Digital Vault.

By purchasing, downloading, or using any product from our website, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this agreement.

License Grant

Upon successful purchase, Easy Digital Vault grants customers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use purchased digital products according to the applicable product license.

The license grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership of intellectual property.

• Modify products where allowed.

Prohibited Uses

Customers may not:

• Share products with others.
• Upload products to marketplaces.
• Distribute products for free.
• Claim authorship or ownership.
• Remove copyright notices.
• Create competing products based primarily on purchased content.
• Transfer licenses to third parties.

Commercial Use

Commercial usage rights vary by product.

Where commercial licenses are granted, customers may use products in business operations subject to stated limitations.

Commercial use does not include redistribution, resale, or relicensing of purchased products.

Intellectual Property Ownership

All copyrights, trademarks, designs, content, graphics, branding, and digital products remain the property of Easy Digital Vault or their respective creators.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership rights.

License Violations

Unauthorized distribution, resale, sharing, or misuse may result in:

• License termination
• Account suspension
• Product access revocation
• Legal enforcement actions
